RED QUEEN:
   
      The title of the book I am reading is called the 'Red Queen'. It is written by Victoria Aveyard. Aveyard is a twenty seven(27) year old american women. She was born on July 27. She is a young writer of young adult and fantasy fiction and screenplays. This book is being developed to be adapted in a movie.I chose this book,honestly, it is because I was too lazy to get a book from the library, so I got this book from my friend. The main characters so far are Mare Barrow, Maven Calore, Cal Calore and the silver bloods. Mare Barrow is a female who is starting to live a lie to save her and her family from the silver blood. She is being displayed as a silver blood princess but she is truly a red by blood. Reason why she is living a lie is because she has powers only silver should have. Maven Calore is the second son of the king. He is to marry Mare Barrow to live her lie. Cal Calore is the eldest son of the king. He is the reason Mare is in the situation she is in now. He is to marry a princess who is really tough but dislikes Mare for some reason. The Silver Bloods are those of high court or something like that. They all have different specific powers but they do not use their powers to end the war. So far, I haven't reached that far in the book so I can not really say much. All I know is that Mare is a red blood who has powers only silvers should have.
     Red Queen is going smoothly. I do not have any complains about the book so far. The author is really good at twisting the plots. I like how I won't have any clue to what would happen next for most parts. Since I read a lot of books, I get used to the same plot and would figure out what would happen next. The new vocabulary I learned this week is dissent. Dissent is the act of protesting.
